 The study will investigate effect of ICT incorporation on students learning, particularly looking at the accessibility, availability and user skills in Kenyenya Sub County schools. This study has been prompted due to poor performance in national exams and yet ICT incorporation is in place. The researcher advocated for the school administration to improve ICT infrastructure so that the students could access them with easy and more often. This could lead them to develop practical hands on skills that could help them solve basic problems even with themselves.
