This study sought to find the factors influencing the adoption of internet banking in Ghana. Though Internet Banking ought to enable clients carry out banking transaction at their convenience and at any time, clients of commercial banks in Ghana still prefer conducting transaction at the branches of the banks rather than signing on to internet banking. The study found that Trustworthiness, Usefulness, Risk, Accessibility, Ease of use, Assurance in the banks website, Service Visibility, Awareness of benefits of internet banking and Trust in Internet banking influenced the adoption of internet banking.
