Impact/Outcome: In addition to the problem of increase worry of families of waste of time of their children on Internet worry of institutions of waste of working time of their workers on Internet, personal e-mail and use for personal purposes, difficulties of correcting and controlling the digital and electronic documents in digital and electronic libraries
